AST exhibits at top-tier international trade shows where timing, precision, and brand consistency matter. With multiple events across different cities and formats, the client needed a partner who could ensure continuity – while taking full responsibility for the technical and organisational side of exhibiting.

Key challenges:

• Keeping the brand experience consistent across 2-3 stands every year
• Planning far ahead to protect deadlines and budgets
• Reducing internal workload and supplier coordination on the client side
• Handling the complexity of orders and technical requirements (rigging, power, water, logistics)

The Solution

End-to-end delivery – with one dedicated point of contact

AST works with a dedicated Project Manager who owns the relationship year-round and remains the single point of contact across all events. Every project is delivered fully in-house – from early concept and creative direction, through technical engineering, production, graphics, and final on-site build.

We plan each event well in advance and take full responsibility for the operational and technical side of exhibiting, including:

• organiser orders and technical requirements (rigging points, power, water)
• logistics planning, transport coordination, warehousing
• on-site installation and support, including forklift handling coordination
• permits, health & safety, and full compliance

This allows the client to stay focused on their business – while we ensure the exhibition presence runs smoothly, on time, and exactly as designed.
